Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for theprocurement of items mentioned below. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders.
NCB No.MOICS/ Supply and Delivery Stationary G/NCB/0 1/2080-81 and Masaland related goods 2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The bidder shall purchase bid document from Department of Revenue Investigation after submittingCopy of Firm Registration Certificate, Copy of VAT and PAN Registration Certificate, and Copy ofTax Clearance Certificate for FY 2078-79 on or before 2080 Shrawan 32 during office hours. Bidders must submit their bids to Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, Nepal.on or before 2080 Bharda 1 at 12:00 PM. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
The Submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 2080 Bharda 1 at 2:00 PM at the office of Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The Bidders, who choose to deposit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Treasury Controller Office, Singhadurbar, Deposit Account No.: 1000100200010000, Office Code No : 307003501, at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Singhadurbar Branch and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.If the last date of purchase, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.The Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
