The Government of Nepal has allocated the fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Procurement of Transport and Carrier Services under Contract Identification No. DOHS/NS/NCB-1/MD/2080-81. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders.

Bidding documents is available online and can be downloading from e-GP system: https:// bolpatra.gov.np/egp Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document NPR. 3,000.00 in the following bank.

Electronic Bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal through https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hour on 16 August 2023

Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 13:00 Hour on 16 August 2023 at the office of Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by separate or in aggregated bid security of NPR. 30,000.00 for Package-1 1 Kathmandu to all district and NPR 400,000.00 for Package 2, Pathalaiya to all District which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., valid up to 14 December 2023). (in case of cash deposit the bid security must be deposited in Account No: 1700100102030000 Account Name KA-2-3 Dharuati A/C Ko.Le.Ni.Ka in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Teku Kathmandu)

The last date of opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the DOHS reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
