- The Sayal Rural Municipality, Doti invites sealed quotations from registered contractors for the construction of Hostel Building (Gabion wall protection work) Ward No.-4
- The Estimated amount for the works is(in NRs.): 1,769,530.56 (Exclusive of VAT and Contingencies)
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed quotation Forms at the office of Sayal Rural Municipality, Doti at Sayal, Doti or by dropping a mail at sayal.doti@gmail.com [or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.]
- Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1000.0 NRs.

- Sealed bids must be submitted to the above office by hand or through e-GP system i.e www.bopatra.gov.np/egp on or before 07- 05-2023 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Sealed Quotations shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 07-05-2023 13:00 hours at the office of Sayal Rural Municipality, Doti, Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs.50000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e 75 days.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
