INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd invites sealed proposal from interested Service Providers for the supply of Security Guards for our 134 branches, 1 Extension Counter and Central Office.
The sealed proposal should be submitted in the format stipulated by Request for Proposal document (RFP) which can be obtained from General Service Department of the Bank upon deposit of non-refundable document fee for NPR. 1,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand Only) in the account .999-9373019000001 – Miscellaneous Income from any branch of the Bank.
Eligibility CriteriaThe applicants should have minimum experience in 3 years of relevant field. The applicants should have supplied/delivered Security Guard Service at least in 3 BFIs in the last fiscal year. The applicants should have a least annual turnover of NPR 20 Million for the fiscal year 2078/079. Proposal documents are to be submitted by 4:30 PM (office hour), 16 January 2023. All proposal documents should be addressed to General Service Department, Gyaneshwor Kathmandu and must be submitted in person. If the last date of purchase of RFP document and /or submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
Tender documents sent through Mail/Courier shall not be accepted.
