- Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

- Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Pulchowk, Lalit no later than 12:00 hrs on 2079/10/12. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The accepted Bids shall be opened at Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Pulchwok, Lalitpur, Nepal in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hour on the last date of submission. Non- attendance of any or all of the bidder’s representatives shall not hinder the opening of the bids.
- Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening. The bid security should be deposited in the following account and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid (scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

- Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2079/10/02 at 13:00 hour.
- If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
- The bidder shall quote the item rates in the bill of quantities excluding VAT. In case the rates quoted in figure and word differ, then the rates quoted in words shall govern.
- In the case of discrepancy or error is found in bid documents, tender notice or other documents, the Lalitpur Metropolitan City Reserves rights to amend at any time and such amendment shall be published in the notice board of Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
- Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and other prevailing regulations.
- All the rights as to whether to accept or reject the bid partially or fully are reserved to the Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
