- The Government of Nepal (GON) has allocated TB-SWAP funds to Chautara Sagachowkgadi Municipality for Trail Bridge Program and the Municipality intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for supply of fabricated steel parts for Trail Bridges. Bid is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
- The Chautara Sagachowkgadi Municipality invites electronic bids from registered fabricators for supply of fabricated steel parts for following Trail Bridges under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. Detailed Evaluation and Qualification Criteria are provided in Section III of the Bid Documents. 3. The Bidders/Fabricators with experience of successfully completing fabrication and supply of steel parts for minimum five trail bridges within last five years. New fabricators may apply in joint venture with an eligible firm having the required experience. Fabricators who are not enlisted by DOLI may also apply. However, bids of such fabricators shall be considered responsive only in case fabricators fulfill the requirements.

- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality Office, Chautara, Sindhupalchok at 13:00 Hrs on 2nd Jan, 2023 (Poush 18, 2079)
- Electronic bids must be submitted to ChautaraSangachokgadhi Municipality Office, Chautara, Sindhupalchok through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hrs as mention in below. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs at Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality Office, Chautara, Sindhupalchok. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs 1,10,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
