Invitation for Electronic Bids for Procurement of Fabricated Steel Parts for Trail Bridges

- The government of Nepal (GON) has allocated funds to Bhimphedi Rural Municipality for Trail Bridge Program and the Rural Municipality intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for supply of fabricated steel parts for Trial Bridges. Bid is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
- The Bhimphedi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from registered fabricators for supply of fabricated steel parts for following Trail Bridges under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in public procurement Act and Regulation. Detailed Evaluation and Qualification Criteria are Provided in Section III of the Bid Documents.
- The Bidders/Fabricators with the experience of successfully completing fabrication and supply of steel parts for minimum five trail bridges within last five years. New fabricators may apply in joint venture with an eligible firm having the required experience. Fabricators who are not enlisted by DOLI may also apply. However, bids of such fabricators shall be considered responsive only in case fabricators fulfil the requirement.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Bank.

- Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, on or before 12 noon on 23-02-2023 (2079-10-10). Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
- Bids will open in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attain at Bhimphedi Rural Municipality on 23-02-2023 at the office Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 48,225.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period. 8. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in hand Deposit Account Number G7CA503072524001, GA 3 DHARAUTI KHATA-BHIMPHEDI GAUPALIKA and submit Bank deposit voucher along with the bid.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls in a government holiday then the next 10 working day shall be considered as the last day.
