Provinical Government has allocated funds towards the cost of Upgrading of Letang 6no. Budhabare Road and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Upgrading of Letang 6no. Budhabare Road, Contract Identification. No.IDO/MOR/NCB/RW-81/079-80. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

Infrastructure Development Office, Morang invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Upgrading of Letang 6no. Budhabare Road under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures
Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 53,83,000.00 Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Construction/Upgrading of one Asphalt Road of NRs 65,00,00,000.00
- Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Morang and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Morang and the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Morang by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of NRs 20,000.00 till 27th January 2023 (13th Poush 2079)during office hours.
Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account, as specified below.

- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Infrastructure Development Office, Morang at 1 PM on 2079/10/03 (17th January, 2023)
- Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Morang by hand/courier or through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 Noon on 29th January 2023 (15th Magh 2079). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs on 29th January 2023 ( 15th Magh 2079) at the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Morang. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid,amounting to a minimum of NRs 2,70,00,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 27th June 2023/12th Ashadh 2080)
- If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
