- Hetauda Water Supply Management Board invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for Pipeline laying works in Hetauda under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 9,302,366.33 (Inclusive Of VAT).
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Hetauda Water Supply Management Board, Hetauda-2, Harikunja Road,057-523708, E-mail: hwsmboard@gmail.com or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidder shall submit their bid electronically and a complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost amounting NRs. 3,000.00 of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. - Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Hetauda Water Supply Management Board at 12:00 on 2079/10/29.
- Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Hetauda Water Supply Management Board, Hetauda-2 through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2079/11/16. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 2079/11/16 at the office of Hetauda Water Supply Management Board, Hetauda-2. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 240,000.00 From Commercial Bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing Law, this shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid or can be deposited in

- Bidders shall submit the letter of bid, completed BOQ, updated Company Registration Certificate, updated Business registration Certificate (if applicable), VAT registration certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate(FY 2078/79) and other necessary documents as per PPA 2063 and PPR 2064 (along with amendments).
- Bidder shall have the work experience of laying and jointing at least 1Km of HDPE Pipes (32 mm-110 mm Dia.) (PN10-16) Pipe with all necessary fittings.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
