The National Health Education, Information and Communication Center invites electronic bids fromeligible bidders for the Procurement of display of Information and message through online media under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of National Health Education, Information and Communication Center, Teku, Nepal or may visit PPMO egp system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Electronic bids must be submitted to the office National Health Education, Information and Communication Center Teku through https://ppmo.gov.np/ before 12:00 hours on 20th January, 2023. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 13:00hours on 20th January, 2023 at National Health Education, Information and Communication Center, Teku. Bidsmust be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of bid security in pdf format. If the last date submission/opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
