Invitation for 15 days confidential sealed bids for auction of fixed assets (including interior decoration)
Notice is hereby given to the public, Banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, cooperatives, companies or firms that the below listed fixed assets (including interior decoration) of Corporate Office and Durbarmarg branch of Nepal SBI Bank Limited located at Kathmandu District, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No. 26, Lainchour, Kesharmahal will be sold through sealed bidding in the same condition as it is.
Interested bidders can contact General Services Department, Corporate Office of the Bank to inspect the properties on office hours and have to submit sealed bids/proposals at the Corporate Office within 15 days during office hours. Particulars of Fixed Assets :

1) Priority will be given to bidders who are willing to lease the Corporate Office and Durbarmarg Branch premises of this bank with the area (approx. 18,040 Sq. ft.) in the consent of the landlord.
Terms and Conditions:
The bid price should be clearly mentioned in the form.
The successful bidder must deposit the bid amount in the bank account of this bank within 7 days from the date of receiving the acceptance notification.
The Bank has absolute right to fully or partially accept or reject the received bids/proposals or to negotiate on the received bids without assigning any reason therefore.
The auction form can be obtained from the General Services Department of the Corporate Office of the bank.
All the charges for relocation of fixed assets and office equipment as applicable shall be borne by the successful bidder only.
The following documents should be submitted at the time of submission of bids:
A copy of the citizenship certificate (for individual)
A copy of the registration certificate with renewal copy, a copy of the PAN, a copy of the tax clearance certificate (for company, firm or organization)
