Invitation for Bids for Procurement of Worldwide Courier Services

The Nepal Tourism Board invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Worldwide Courier Service under National competitive bidding- Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. Bidders are invited for submitting competitive rate’s (unit price) for the worldwide courier services to various zones as specified in the bid documents. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Tourism Board, Kathmandu, Bhrikutimandap, Telephone numbers +977-01-4256909 (511), (154), (513) email address procurement@ntb.org.np or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below; (non-refundable) Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank: Nepal Investment Bank Name of Office: Nepal Tourism Board Office Account no.: 00101010030218 Amount (Nrs): 3,000/- Three Thousand 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Nepal Tourism Board at 11.00 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2023. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Nepal Tourism Board through PPMO’s e-GP system www.holpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 (hrs.) on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the office of Nepal Tourism Board. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days i.e. on Monday May 15, 2023 from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 1,30,000/-, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. on Wednesday June 14 2023. The contract shall be initially valid for one year from the date of signing the contract. However, the Client may extend the contract for further period if mutually agreed upon the satisfactory performance. But, the total contract period shall not be more than 3 (Three) years from dated of initial contract.
