The AEPC invites sealed quotations from registered advertisement service providers for the “Design and Publication of Notice in the Newspaper”

Interested advertisement service providers may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC or may visit e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra. gov.np/egp.

SQ document in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 1,000.00 in the Rajaswa (Revenue) Bank Account as specified below and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

Sealed SQ must be submitted to the above office through e-GP system i.e. www.bopatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12 February 2023, 12:00 Noon.

SQ must be valid for a period of 45 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to minimum of NRs. 40,000.00 which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

If service providers wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in AEPC’s Office Code 308002 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and submit/upload the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the eBid.

Received Sealed Quotations shall be opened in the presence of service provider’s representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 P.M. on 12 February 2023 at the office of AEPC, Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the opening of quotation by the reason only that any service provider or its agent is not present. Service provider’s representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of bid opening.
