  1. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Chame Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive chame Manang through www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before..28-08-2024 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
  2. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 28-08-2024 14:00 hours of Chame Rural Municipality Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Chame Manang. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the bid security amounting of NRs. 50000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e 75 days.
  3. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Note: (As mentioned in clause 49ka of PPR 2074 clause 49ka add more relevant information as per required)
